Qdoba Mexican Eats - Lubbock

I was pleased at the variety of options available, especially when it comes to customizing your entrees. Furthermore, two female employees, Gabby and Adriana if I remember right, we're super chill and patient with me when I was trying to narrow down my choice. Not to mention, they were awesome at describing customizations and offering suggestions, which really made things easier. The freestyle machine was a nice touch, too! As far as food, I ordered a Steak burrito with queso, lettuce, Mexican rice, and cilantro. It was delicious, especially with the steak. It had a little bit of chew but not too much, just how I like it. The queso for the burrito and chips was so good, but dear gosh. The chips were SUPER salty without the queso! That only makes me want my queso serving to be bigger, by default. It didn't really cover up the chips all the way. Besides all that, my experience was pretty good. I'd come back!

The food was prepared well, wasn?t burnt, and tasted good. The tables chairs were clean and balanced. The coke machine was full. The temperature was balanced.

Food was great, but some of workers you could tell were just mehh.. abou their jobs. A lot of uber eats drivers/other food service drivers in and out. Overall though, food was just fine.

I had stopped coming here couple years ago, but decided to give it a other shot. New menu is simplified, but I miss the old tacos. Food is still the same, which is good, except the queso isn't as I remembered. Oh well, the extra habenero sauce and jalapenos numb my tongue anyway. All I'm all, it's back in the rotation.

For the first time here. good price, eating was decent would have had more taste. great customer service. my eating was not at the assigned time, the person. I offered a drink because I had to wait for my eating. friendly staff.
