Pizza Hut - Lubbock

The pizza was really tasty, and the delivery driver was very friendly.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. We ordered two medium pizzas and an order of boneless wings. The app indicated that our order was ready, so we went to the drive-thru to pick it up. The first employee who approached the window asked for the name on the order and then never returned. We waited over 15 minutes without anyone addressing us again, until finally, someone brought out our order. She laughed and tried to apologize, but she never came to inform us about the additional wait time. Had we not already paid online, we would have left and gone to Domino's instead. If you're short-staffed or experiencing issues, we understand that as fellow humans, but at the very least, you should communicate with your customers or avoid marking orders as ready on the app. We will never order from here again. I highly recommend going to Domino's instead, as we've never had this problem there. We just wanted to try something different and give Pizza Hut a chance, but I do not recommend this location at all.

I placed my order via phone and rcvd it within 30mins was exactly what I ordered..Very pleased!Meliza

Great food, but it takes a really long time to get your food sometimes.

The online website still won't add item's to check out.
