Mar Y Tierra - Lubbock

The food at this restaurant is freshly made and tastes homemade, with delicious seasonings. I visited for lunch but enjoyed breakfast dishes like fluffy pancakes with amazing in-house syrup. The chunky green salsa and perfect crunch of the chips were highlights. I also took a carne guisada burrito to go and it was delicious. Despite its small size, this place packs a big punch with its food. The wait staff is friendly and attentive. I will definitely be coming back!

I recently visited this restaurant for the second time, this time for lunch. My first visit was for breakfast. I would give both visits a 4-star rating for the food. The waitress I had today seemed new, but was not bad. The service was ok, not the best. The prices are very reasonable considering today's economy. I believe their seafood dishes are what they are known for, so I plan to try that on my next visit.

This is the spot!!! My favorite in Lubbock. With so many restaurants in Lubbock, this is one that stands above all right now. All the food is good and the aqua frescas are the best!! My favorite dishes are the Carne asada bean burrito. They put guacamole and pico de gallo?The gorditas of Carne asada and bean, combo fajitas, and relleno plate?I smell it everyday I walk out to my back yard??

Me and my two sons went there for the first time we enjoyed the meal and the service was excellent today I went with a friend and the young lady that served us really made our day good food for a decent price I highly recommend it

So he took me here. I liked it. Overall good service and good food. Chips n Salsa was addictive. Only down side to our visit was our waitress couldn't understand us and we couldn't understand her because she didn't speak English.
