Jimmy John's - Lubbock

Ordered at 3:01pm on the app. It finally updated saying my food was here at 3:46pm. I went to my door and my food wasn?t even there. I called and they guy said that my address was wrong and didn?t show up on google maps; so he just delivered it to some random Apt without even calling my number. I?m like ummm no it?s correct. I gave them two stars bc they did redo my order and had to wait longer but thee guy didn?t even call to ask where I lived to make sure. Common sense. Update they magically found my apartment lol got my food around 4:15pm Another update around 6pm the resident at the apartment they delivered too just brought me my order. They were so kind lol. Funny how they were able to find my apartment and not the dude who was supposed to deliver it.

I?ve never had so much trouble with jimmy johns. I ordered wrong the app my fault but by the time I got my food there was no point I could have gone gotten food from another restaurant or fast food place and been back. The lady I talked to on the phone today was so rude. So so rude. The delivery guy was nice though. Wrong drink. By the time I got me original drink it was watered down. No ice. Worst service.

Ordered at 12:04, delivered at 1:18. Definition of 'freaky fast ', I don 't think so.

Freaky, quick. I like the sandwiches very much. makers are always friendly and ready to help.

No help only one guy working the phone, the front, all of it. Immediately after.a football game on Saturday night. Mass people. Chaotic time. Sandwiches were still delicious. Shame on you, manager! Get your butt down to your store and get to work!
