I don’t know what’s so hard about bagging donuts but I guess this location hasn’t figured it out yet everytime we go here they always give us the wrong donuts terrible…
This location is not the best. They always seem extremely under staffed and very rude and rushed. Drinks are always under filled. This is before even leaving the drive thru. The person working the window even took a double glance and didn’t fix it. Worth your time to drive to a different location.
My favorite is her frozen coffee and I go and they tell me that they don't have the machine to do the frozen coffee in this particular place, they never said that they don't do my gas was wasting all the way to another and was informed that they don't do any more frozen coffee, I have no idea why they didn't just tell me that they stop eating frozen coffee and I don't get my favorite there.
Was a manager or shift manager of 3 different BR stores over my high school career many moons ago ?. Went to go get some daiquiri ice treats, 30 min before closing. We were the only customers in the store. Staff was performing shutdown tasks as expected. Cakes were stocked, as were most other items. Young man offered a sample of a new unnamed pumpkin flavor that was actually quite good but extremely rich flavored. A pleasant and typical BR experience.
