Chick-fil-a - Lubbock

The service at this chick-fil-a was ridiculously slow and inaccurate. There were only 5 people in front of me and I waited for 20 minutes. The service last year was phenomenal but this new staff has constantly messed up my orders and moves at the speed of molasses. Just had to put that out there.

Would have given 0 stars if possible. They almost never get my order right and they take forever then simply play the sorry card . Sorry and charging me twice for a mistake that you make while also making me wait until 6 people are served who ordered the same thing (ordered after me) doesn 't live up to the reputation that y 'all have as an organization. Start training these employees to actually learn customer service

Chick-fil-A is doing an amazing job! What more can I say? The prices are reasonable, and the food is excellent.

Don’t know what it is this year but it takes them so long to take orders. Some of the cashiers are doing 1 order while the person next to them has done 3. I also came in one day while it was extremely busy and no one was there bagging the orders, then all of a sudden one of the managers comes back from a break I assume and realizes this and tried to catch up. I feel like someone should’ve noticed sooner& they need to train their employees better
