Chicken Scaloppini. The food is excellent, the portions are generous (two people can share one entree), the prices are reasonable, and the service is very friendly.

The service was excellent. Our waiter was very attentive and well-informed about the gluten-free menu, which is the best I’ve encountered to date. If you're a fan of Italian cuisine, Carino's is one of the top choices in Lubbock, and if you're looking for gluten-free options, Coritos is definitely the best!

I had almost the best service I've ever experienced, from the hostess to the manager and our bartender, who also served as our waiter. The bartender was incredibly friendly and prompt with everything, and our bread was always fresh, warm, and continuously replenished! After having a terrible experience at a Carino's in Midland, I decided to give the one in Lubbock a chance, and I’m so glad I did—it was definitely worth it!

Went for lunch today. Had the chicken parmigiana panini. It was awesome. Very good and incredible garlic fries.

Enjoyed our meal.... From the time we were seated we had a server taking our drink order literally within 30 seconds. Three minutes later she was taking our meal order. The cook, however, wasn't quite as fast. It took about 25 minutes from time of being seated to get our food. The food was good and prepared as ordered. Enjoyable dining experience.
