Applebee's - Lubbock

I would have left a no star and always a place at least gets a 3 star from me when I review. My table was grimey dirty and the chairs as well. Waiter was rude. He threw the chips down on table and left spoke only to take order. Never returned to bring drink refills the place was not busy.He brought broken ships out and cold cheese dip. Floor nasty food every where the Hostess had stringy dirty hair and poor hygiene.Food took forever and was burnt and cold.

My food was very good but the service was terrible. I had to ask for straws for my wife and then again ask for a knife. Then when I got the check my waitress was no where to be found! Finally they found her after waiting 10 minutes

Chips were nasty and old it seemed like we got the chips from the very bottom of batch asked for a fresh batch and I got the same thing! Food took for ever just for it to be gross my rice was hard and greens where shriveled!! Like if it had been left in the microwave too long..not to mention the waiter got a little bothered after telling him twice about our old chips.. will not be coming back Do better apple bees .

Just picked up my food. Waited and waited. Staff barely recognizes you, as if you are inconveniencing them. They were not busy on a Monday at 8:15 p.m. Finally bartender got my order after saying they did not have it. Showed him my email confirmation, and payment taken out of my bank. If I had not paid for my meal already, I would have left. Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time.

The great food service was slow and the eating came out slowly. we weren't even too busy.
