Martello Coffee House - Lowestoft

Went to martello coffee house very poor selection of gluten free cake, all they could offer is prepacked , awful. Lovely selection of other cakes but none for gluten free customers. Won't be going again.

It's good enough, not brilliant food but ok. First visit, I had burnt burgers, sent them back, was replaced, but slow service. Second visit on 26/6/23 I was given dry/stale bread in a sausage sandwich, as I had chips with it, I just left the bread as didn't want it anyway.!! So overall not to impressed really.

Saw a lady with a cough cleaning the machine but coughed all over it. I hope she feels better, but this was poor hygiene. Also the tea I had wasn't nice. The service was very friendly and cafe was nice though

Wonderful place for breakfast. It's slightly more money than most, but it's extremely well priced because the food isn't better anywhere I know locally. (Full English breakfast) Wonderful food. Can't recommend enough

Excellent cafe really busy at Lunchtime when we went. Had a baguette of Suffolk sausage and caramelised onions and it was really good. Massive range of lovely cakes. Situated in a park and well worth a visit.
