Kfc - Lowestoft

It was a KFC, so I expected the usual. The place was clean and tidy, including the restrooms. The young girl who brought our food to the table was friendly, and we experienced minimal waiting time. I gave it only 4 stars because, first, the app screen we initially used didn't work properly, so we eventually switched to the other one once it was available. Second, it was a warm and sunny day, so outdoor seating would have been great. However, I think if we had chosen to eat outside, we would have been subjected to numerous disturbances from the local insect population.

I received excellent service from the staff, even though I arrived just minutes after they opened. The food was prepared quickly and was delicious. If you're planning to visit the area, I highly recommend stopping by!

The drive-thru was quite busy and had a bit of a shine, which likely indicates good operations. I did wait for a while, but once I placed my order, the service was pretty quick—perhaps there was just a large order ahead of me. My order was straightforward, and both the person taking my order and I could hear each other clearly through the intercom. It wasn't long before I reached the window to pay and pick up my order. I wasn’t a fan of the layout for the parking entrance and exit, but that seems to be more of an issue with city planning than with KFC. The chicken wrap I ordered was enjoyable, though I would have liked a bit more crunch on the chips.
