You absolutely MUST go here. Everyone is so kind and accommodating: I have IBS and they handled my triggers expertly. I had the scallop crudo and duck breast. The scallop crudo was a symphony of flavors and textures. I really appreciated how much thought had gone into how everything worked together in the recipe. It was even better because I had never had anything like it and was nervous- so to be so blown away was absolutely marvelous. The duck breast was also phenomenal. Chef suggested it medium rare and it is perfect that way. The sweet and savory blended really well together and the green used left a really nice bite. I have never enjoyed a meal more. Being a candidate for the James Beard award and then Covid hit. STILL, I compare most of my restaurant experiences to this food. Having eaten at a Michelin 3 star, this is top for and in the valley it is even better because it is by me. Thank you Bolete!

Had the pleasure of meeting the owners during our visit. Enjoyed hearing the background on the restaurant and dishes served. The place was jumpin' on a Saturday night. Make sure to call ahead for reservations and bring an appetite. Truffle popcorn was to die for!Vegetarian options: When making reservations, let them know your dietary preferences. The owners were very accommodating and the food was excellent!

One of the best restaurants in the area! The menu changes often, and the food and drinks are inventive, well presented and delicious. Most of the ingredients are from the local area as well. The only downside is that parking at the restaurant is limited. We had to wait until someone left to get a spot, but luckily that didn't take long.Parking: Small parking lot attached
