Pizzatown Sackville - Lower Sackville

I called ahead for takeout. The order was ready on time, the service was top-notch, and the pizzas were absolutely delicious. The crust was different than what I was expecting, but it still tasted great.

I placed an online order and waited for 2 hours with no food in sight. When I called the restaurant, they offered to give me a free meal on my next visit but said that a refund would take until Tuesday if I remembered to email them the details. When you mess up, you should compensate the person right away. This situation was frustrating and could have been handled much better.

I used to rely on Pizzatown for my pizza fix, but since they've expanded, the quality of both their food and service has greatly diminished. Every time I give them another chance, I'm left disappointed. The slices are often left sitting too long before being served, whole pizzas are sometimes undercooked in the middle, and the edges of the pizza are burnt. It's unfortunate to say, but I'm now in search of a new go-to pizza spot.

The owner does not accept complaints very well. Seems to be arrogant when you ask for special instructions. Otherwise I really like the food. The staff is very friendly.

Been to pizza town 4 times with the family and all i can say its the best pizzas we've had since moving from England excellant value for money and always very friendly staff .
