I forgot my drinks until I told them they did. it's terrible. I can't. even a proper complaining by McDonald’s, because I don’t know the memory. it's so childish. every time my step goes vater, they forget each time when no pickles.
The service here is really bad. Last time I went there, I was given apple cake, which had ordered 6 hours before the expiry of me, just to regret and refund my money. The time before my wife ordered ice cream only to tell the ice cream machine was broken.
Why is this place so slow? I always ask myself that question when I come here. Last time, I decided to skip the long drive-thru line and went inside to save time. What a mistake. My order was taken quickly, but once they had my money, it turned into a waiting game. I saw my number on the big board saying #211 was up next. I watched as it moved from being taken to being served. However, when it disappeared from the board, I thought I should be called. Nothing happened. The numbers that followed mine were served instead. I finally went up to the counter, but six people saw me and turned away. After waiting for over ten minutes, I ended up just ordering a McFlurry and soda. I asked a staff member about my order, and she glanced at my ticket before making the McFlurry. When she handed it to me, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the long wait, just a quick "here!" When I returned to my car, my wife asked why it took so long. This is what happens when you try to save time by avoiding the long drive-thru line.
The restaurant I chose had a faded yellow sign and poorly marked parking lot. After a frustrating encounter with a delivery car stealing my parking space, I entered the restaurant and was greeted by laughing teenage staff. I ordered a Big Mac with extra fries and a diet cola, but was disappointed to find only one piece of cheese on my burger. When I tried to complain, I was interrupted by another customer shouting loudly into his phone. The customer proceeded to take multiple phone calls and even showed the entire restaurant to someone on a FaceTime call, while the teenagers laughed and engaged with the person on the call. Frustrated by the lack of attention to my concerns, I decided to leave with my poorly made meal. As I made my way to the exit, I slipped on a wet floor and dropped my fries, only to be met with insincere apologies from the staff. Angry and covered in ketchup, I left the restaurant feeling disappointed by the rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff and customers. I will not be returning to this place and am grateful that I am only here for a few days. The experience was chaotic and resembled a zoo, with the employees behaving as if they were working for Air Canada.
My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. We arrived at around 7:40pm on February 26th and placed our order at the Kiosk, opting to pay with cash. However, when we went to the counter to pay, we were told the total was $8.94, but the ticket printed said 984. Despite our explanation, it took about 5 minutes for someone to assist us. After a confusing back and forth, we were given incorrect change and the manager was unhelpful and rude. Despite our efforts to resolve the situation, we ultimately left without our order. The lack of responsibility and poor customer service left a negative impression on us.
