Kfc - Lower Sackville

The manager was extremely impolite, I would never return to this restaurant.

I went through the drive-thru and experienced some issues, I think they may have been short-staffed or low on food. There were problems with the intercom, possibly due to flooding. The chicken burger I ordered gave me stomach problems and lingered for a while. Despite this, I will give it another chance. Once my order was sorted out, the service was fast and friendly. The rest of the meal was excellent.

Disgusting customer service. After placing my order and waiting for 10 minutes, got home and realized the order was wrong after it was confirmed 3 times! Called and advised them and they made it seem like it was my problem and if course no apology. Then asked me to hold and put the manager on who proceeded to tell me that my order is nothing they ever accommodate when I have been placing the same order at this location for years! I told him that and he virtually called me a liar. I had to tell them I will bring it back as it was not what I ordered Took the order back and no apology for the inconvenience of having to drive all the way back there in the rain or for the atrocious customer service. I have been a loyal customer for years and I am simply done with them. Extremely disappointed in the establishment.

The drive-thru at this restaurant is always fast and efficient. The food is always served piping hot and tastes delicious!

Food was good, made a mistake on our order. But my parents said not to worry.
