Lowell Showboat Vi

Had reservations on Friday night. Good thing we did, there was a long waiting time for a table. We had a group of 7, so we expected slow service as normal, but it took over an hour when we placed our order until we served. Some of the dishes were cold and little taste. For the price we pair, not sure we return or not.

The service was always great to fit with food. The staff goes out to make sure you enjoy everything or make it right.

We love the food here. Pizza is great, but everything on the menu is great. My wife loves Peruvian Burrito. You have a good choice of drinks and full bar. Wine is 1/2 off on Wednesday. Parking is free on the street before and around the building. A nice restaurant that's quiet. They have a closed terrace that is heated. Great service.

Many history behind the Lowell Showboat. A great place to take a walk along the river promenade, where you can read the history along the trail.

We stumbled onto this place by chance, and what a gem it turned out to be. The food was fantastic and the the staff were so helpful when with recommendations for out of state visitors. The butternut soup was so so good! I got the brisket, which was excellent, my wife had one of the pizzas which was also very good. If you're in the area, FRG is THE place to go.
