Fuse Bistro - Lowell

Stopped in for dinner on an overnight stay in Lowell and couldn’t have been happier. The food and service were fantastic. Had the tuna taco special and was really impressed. Highly recommend!

Quaint place with nice outdoor seating in the shade. Waitress was personable and was helpful. There are a good amount of drink options. Ordered a margarita an it was delish. Food menu was mainly burgers with nice lunch specials. I had a half salad for an app and a burger with fried jalapeños served with fries as my main dish. The burger could've used a but more flavor or zest but the dips helped. The salad was good. Was a great lowkey spot to enjoy the weather.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE! We waited an hour and a half for our food. We were 1 of 3 tables, and the servers couldn’t even handle that. The restaurant was practically empty, so why did we have wait so long? The only thing the servers were doing was cleaning the damn tables instead of focusing on any of the customers. Do not come here unless you wanted to be pissed and hungry!!!

Food was good as was the service. Food took FOREVER to come out . We ordered 2 salads and 2 sandwiches and that took an hour. Would not return.

Love this place! We all had some form of burger and every one of us was so pleased with our food. I had the Blackened Tuna Steak BLT and loved it. They give it a nice sear while maintaining a raw inside. Flavorful and filling. Their prices were especially great for the amount of food we had. Worth coming back to.
