Fio S Express - Lowell

I'm really glad I stopped by last night—I got to meet an amazing staff and the owner. The customer service was fantastic, and the highlight of my visit was trying an acai treat that was both delicious and all-natural. I'm looking forward to going back on Thursday to enjoy an acai bowl. I'm so excited, and I really appreciate their recommendation!

This is not a paid review. My fiancée and I travel from Acton to Lowell just to enjoy pizza from Fios, and it's absolutely phenomenal. The crust has the perfect thickness and is always fluffy (the 'burnt' appearance in my photos is because I prefer my pizza well done). They consistently add just the right amount of toppings, and their sauces are fantastic. The pizzas are always visually appealing and perfectly assembled. As a particularly picky customer with complicated orders, I can honestly say they have never let me down. They've even taken the time to pull my pizza out and ask if I think it needs more cooking, more chicken, or any adjustments. The staff is exceptional; they genuinely take pride in making the food rather than simply tossing ingredients onto the oven like most places do. Fios pizza is truly the best!

I had the best steak and cheese calzone— the dough was wonderfully soft! I will definitely try other items on the menu. The staff was very friendly, and the delivery was quick!

I've been a fan of this restaurant for more than 10 years! Although I wouldn't say their pizza is the standout dish, I absolutely adore their Teriyaki Steak Cheese sub with extra sauce and mayo—it's my all-time favorite! However, what really prompted me to write this review is their chicken. It's flavorful, perfectly portioned, and incredibly juicy! I'm definitely a big fan!

I ordered from Uber Eats and was genuinely impressed by the quality of the calzone I received. It was meticulously crafted, and you could really see the attention to detail in the preparation. The portion size was also generous—definitely no skimping here! The rest of my meal was great too. It's tough to find a reliable place for takeout, but for now, Fios has become my go-to spot.
