Bb.q Chicken - Lowell

I was disappointed with my recent experience at this restaurant. My wings had hardly any sauce on them—just a tiny drizzle. Normally, I don’t write reviews, but since this meal cost quite a bit for just eight wings, I felt it was worth mentioning. The wings themselves were crispy and a good size, but the lack of sauce was surprising. They definitely didn’t resemble the well-sauced versions shown in the photos. It’s frustrating, especially since Google used to allow you to attach photos to reviews. Essentially, my order ended up looking like wings without any sauce at all.

I had my first dining experience at this restaurant on a Friday night, and I was impressed by how clean it was! While there wasn't any background music playing, which made for a nice quiet atmosphere, the TVs were showing K-pop music videos, keeping things lively without being overwhelming. The service was satisfactory. I really enjoyed the honey garlic wings they offered. One minor issue was that the TV wasn’t positioned directly in front of my seat but rather behind me, which meant I had to keep turning around to see what was on. It might be helpful to rearrange the TVs so that everyone can watch comfortably.

Oh my goodness! This fried chicken is absolutely the best! Every single bite made my mouth water. The smell that wafts through the air when my mom brings home this chicken fills me with joy and happiness. It truly reminded me of home in Korea. The savory flavor of the chicken paired with the pickled radish gave me butterflies in my stomach. Wow, this experience was simply amazing! The service was wonderful too; the staff were friendly and attentive.

Food was pretty good, service was ok. For the check, we were left a hand terminal that wasn?t ready for payment, it wasn?t hard to figure out, but definitely a first. Usually a server takes payment to a machine or processes the payment at the table.

Ordered 2x8wingsx$13. Gangnam and golden wings, good stuff. With steamed rice, $2 each. Edit: Also, our order of 8 wings for $13 costs $16 if you ordered it online for pickup. Of all the places in Lowell to get wings this is definitely one of them. Eat it if you want wings.
