Got the chunky monkey bowl although it looks beautiful the actual açaí doesn’t taste like anything. Maybeeeee like a super watered down version of Açaí but not like other bowls I’ve tried. Don’t think it’d go back for $11

I've been here twice. First time I felt Like the lady behind the counter wasn't very friendly when I let her know that this is my first time and I didn't know what order. I did try them again. I ordered online because it says that they open at 8 I showed up at 9:20 and the doors were locked. Nobody was there and I called 4 times after that to try to get somebody to explain that I had placed an order but nobody was there and I wanted a refund. No one answered the phone. The reason I'm giving this to 2 is because I did stop by and they gave me my refund, but no one ever reached out to me to say to apoligize that they opened late this day due to whatever reason.The young lady up front was really nice and she is the reason I'm giving this a two star instead of a one. Overall because they did not call me or answer the phone when I tried to reach out because they weren't open when they were supposed to be open is the reason I won't be coming back. They would have just kept my money and not have given me anything if I had not stopped by to get my refund.

Great smoothies and bowls. I love the options for the smoothies. Cool vibe to the interior with a nice patio out front. Favorite place to hit after the gym.

First time here. I got the overnight oats. They were ok. The lady behind the counter didn't great anyone. She seemed very closed off. Might go back and try something else another time.
