Burger King - Loves Park

I placed an order on the app and decided to come inside because the drive-thru line was extremely long. I only ordered a single Whopper, nothing else. There was only one cook and a manager working at the restaurant. The cook seemed overwhelmed and was constantly refusing help from the manager, but still had trouble keeping up with the orders. The manager was friendly and tried to assist as much as possible, but it was clear that they need a new cook. The cook's behavior was embarrassing and bad for the restaurant's reputation.

This fast food restaurant is a great spot to grab a quick meal and enjoy your food. The dishes are made to order and are very tasty, especially the hamburger or cheeseburger, which is one of the most delicious I've had at a fast food restaurant. They also have thick shakes in either vanilla or chocolate flavors.

Food was fresh, employees were friendly, service was excellent, but the bathrooms had no toilet paper (at 12 pm, you’d think at the backup roll would be available but it was empty) and the tables weren’t clean.

Ordered a bacon Swiss royal crispy sandwich. Received the wrong sandwich, and that's ok because things happen. However, when I brought the sandwich back to the front counter, the cooks just put bacon and swiss on the existing sandwich. Pretty poor and lazy. Needless to say I took the bacon off, the cheese was stopped on between the toppings. They took it apart and rebuilt it. Disgraceful.
