The staff clearly do not understand the difference between chicken breasts and thighs, which should be a crucial part of the hiring process at a restaurant that serves chicken. Perhaps they need a basic educational program to help them learn to identify the different parts of the bird, like legs and breasts.

Where do I start? the super rude short woman with black hair that screams out and tells everyone how bad you are day? or maybe it's eating all over the floor where they cook, can they see from the counter? next time I'll post a photo. or the huge waiting time when it seems to be hardly customers? Perhaps the fact is that this place never has customers at the theke enough to give them the advice to miss it!

Cold food replaced chips no salt sub cold and a mess maybe had bacon not sure gave up in the end. adult manager with experience supervising at all times maybe needed. My father's meal over salted chips and chicken borderline over done was still better than my meal. Got a wrap at McDonald's to try and redeem my lunch and had bad luck twice. They put green thick tomatoes in the wrap only slightly red was the skin. Dark overdone chicken strip. Fast food can be hit and miss and I hope it gets better for others.

This afternoon, I ordered some chicken strips for my baby and went to pick them up from Red Rooster. After I showed my order to a woman at the counter, there was a young, thin guy who kept laughing uncontrollably until I left. I mentioned to the woman that the order was for my baby, which is why I requested a smaller quantity, but she didn’t seem to think it was necessary to address his behavior or apologize for it. I would not recommend this place; they seem to prioritize quantity over customer service. I also noticed a lot of racism and a general lack of proper service. No apologies were offered at all.
