Pizza Factory - Lovell

I’m excited to share that they now have gluten-free pizza! I ordered the Pepperoni, and it was excellent! No need to head to Powell for gluten-free options anymore. I asked if they offered gluten-free sandwiches, but unfortunately, they don’t have those at the moment. However, the owner, Suzette, mentioned that they’re working on it. The service was wonderful—everyone was friendly and very accommodating!

This restaurant consistently surpasses the previous pizza place we used to visit. We ordered four pizzas, and each one was a huge winner! It's clear that this place has undergone significant improvements; what was once a good pizza has transformed into something even better. It's great to see that they retain familiar faces while also giving new staff a chance.

The pizza at Pizza Factory has that familiar flavor you love, but they truly put care into making it, unlike some places where it feels thrown together. It was hands down the best pizza I've ever had! I'm excited to explore more options from their menu. I will definitely keep coming back to Pizza Factory!

While the pizza is good, pricey but decent. The service is something else. Not sure if the kids they hire get properly trained but if I have to call 3 times and the call disconnect the first two times just for the 3rd to be forwarded, I dont think ill order pizza after all.

Ever since Blake took over as manager the quality of pizza here has gotten much much better. Thank you Blake! Y'all are awesome.
