How do I begin to review such an amazing restaurant. The price is always great on top of the staff constantly trying to help save some funds. Danyele at Loveland Wingshack is an outstanding employee! Her dedication to getting customers everything they would want with a great smile and positive attitude is worth mentioning. Her consistent help and understanding during all my visits has not been matched. With Fresh food and rotating sauces means I will always choose this restaurant over majority of their competitors. The environment in the restaurant is bright and open with sports, beer, arcade games and plenty of space for a few friends or so. I enjoy the culture of the staff as all the employees I've had the pleasure of having an interaction with have been so helpful and kind.Kid-friendliness: Arcade games and sports tb available for kids.Dietary restrictions: Non dairy and gluten free

My partner and I are new to the area and decided to try this cute little wing shack. Everything was hot and fresh. The customer service was above and beyond! This place is a 9.99/10. It would be 10 if the location was a little more accessible. Also shoutout to the guy who helped me multiple times ‘Isaiah. He informed me of the deals and options they have. Very helpful guy.

I placed an order of over $100 through Door Dash. When the food came it was missing half of the order (all of the wings) so I text the DD driver who kindly offered to go back and get the remainder of the order. I called the store and spoke to the manager to let him know the driver was coming to get our food. I added to the tip (a total of a $28 tip) since the driver was so kind and none of this was his fault. He dropped it off again and this time they remade all of the fries, gave us new ranch and only ONE of the 4 orders of wings we ordered. I called the manager again and he was very rude. When I went to the store myself to pick up the order they finally gave us the 3 missing orders of wings (meanwhile the rest of our food got cold sitting at home). Nobody apologized or even spoke to us except the girl at the counter to ask what the name was but other than that nobody apologized or tried to make it right. We own a restaurant a few blocks away and I would NEVER treat any of my customers this way. This is the worst customer service. If our manager handled an order this way they would be fired on the spot!

We came in and were greeted by Jess, the service and attitude was absolutely beyond expectations. Little did the staff know we came here for the wife’s birthday and the service really was great, Jess was a sweetheart and the rest of the staff was helpful and smiling. This is why we love this place despite the food always being on point

We come here whenever we want wings. It’s the place to go for sure! Sutton was awesome and very attentive for our large order. We had some food restrictions and he was able to communicate and help us out!Dietary restrictions: I am lactose intolerant and there are plenty of options and the staff is really helpful
