Smashburger - Loveland

Fast food? I waited 25 minutes for hot wings and a classic single burger, which ended up getting cold while I waited. That’s not what I expect for a $22 lunch. Maybe I should have ordered an hour in advance? Either way, I expected my food to be hot or at least warm. I'm really disappointed, especially since I could get a warm burger and fries for a third of the price at another place.

Food was really good staff was nice would be 5 stars but we had to get the staffs attention in order to get our food ordered. Not a major issue. Great burgers though

Pretty darn good... Big servings which fills you up. We showed up with our shop biking crew and they said they normally don't see more than a few sales on a Thursday night but we had about 15 people in our group. The outdoor patio was perfect for our group.

Good yet not great. They were out of something and couldn?t make their specialty burger. No big deal, but maybe don?t advertise it the most as I walk in? Came fast. However I felt I was overcharged. They don?t seem to have a proper meal option it seems. I felt rushed and they seemed understaffed too. I don?t fault the employees. They?re doing their best. But I just felt it wasn?t worth all the hype. Burgers are burgers usually

Chad was incredibly kind and courteous, managing the entire restaurant on his own while dealing with a high volume of customers. Despite being busy, he maintained a friendly and calm demeanor, providing some of the best service I’ve ever experienced. I highly recommend both the food and service from this wonderfully underrated restaurant.
