Rock Bottom Brewery Restaurant - Centerra Promenade

I love the Rock Bottom for sure. Always liked our food every time we come. This time not so much. I ordered the Fire House Steak and my wife got a chicken said and my daughter got the mac and cheese. Mac and cheese....Excellent!!! Salad.....amazing!!! My father-in-law salad....Excellent!!! My steak and my Father-in-laws steak was cold. My steamed vegetables was cold but your delicious black beans were hot. Our butter that they give you on our Fire Steaks didn't even melt on our steak it was so cold. The waiter asked if we wanted another made or send our back. We are hesitant in sending food back. Not saying your cooks would have done something to it but we wouldn't send stuff back. But we had a good visit with my In-Laws in town. They made it right giving one of our appetizers for free and one of the steak dinners for free. I thought that was cool. Still would go back and not at all boycotting the place or tell people to boycott it.

We had the absolute best server She was absolutely delightful and made us feel special and glad we came here!

We went early afternoon. Ambiance was good, staff was friendly, my date was beautiful!

Let's talk about good buffalo chicken sandwiches I have eaten here three times now, and I've enjoyed each occasion.
