Chili's Grill - Loveland

I picked up a bulk order and noticed the employees inside look conscious and avoid delivering it. that makes the customer just wait longer.

First, eating was great and always is, but I can't get past the service. it was just really amazing that we came in and we are greeted with a very warm one.

Too bad you don't make any negative stars. dinner on the 4th juli, placed our order and waited and waited, server said eating would be right out. observe several tables.

That's the worst thing I've ever done. now eating is quite standard for a chili, the place is clean, and the staff is friendly. but wait is ridiculous. it doesn't matter whether they are busy or not, this place will take two hours. they will have open tables everywhere and they will wait an hour. it seems to be a kitchen problem, or maybe a personal problem, I'm honestly not sure. I can only say that I gave this place several chances and I will not be back soon.

We had a late dinner with our two young children. they enjoyed the pizza and mac cheese from the children's menu. the next morning, none of them were interested in eating because they broke up their dinner. I have tried to call the restaurant to inform them about it to prevent future customers with the same experience. but I was moved twice and stopped for half an hour. I decided to hang up and I had to visit two sick children. I didn't want it for everyone, so I decided to leave this evaluation to warn others. many other food options in this area.
