La Hacienda Mexicana

We really enjoyed this place’s food. The quality of the pastor was the best I’ve had in Costa Rico yet. Their horchata is just like the traditional Mexican horchata. And their salsa did not disappoint. This place can fill up quick and has some inside and outside seating.

The food was good. Service was slow, but the staff was friendly.

Good service, but the worst nachos that I have ever had anywhere ... Costa Rica, Mexico, USA. Very small portion for the price and the main ingredient was fake cheese, what I would call Cheese Whiz. Ugh. We left most of it on the plate and left.

Not the greatest ambiance, but the food is to die for. If you're looking for some pretty good Mexican food, this is the place to go!

As someone who follows a Keto diet this is a fantastic restaurant. Their menu has 2 sides, and one side is completely Keto. It makes it so much easier to eat in a restaurant. I believe the nacho chips and tortilla shells are made of baked shredded cheese. It's so nice to be able to enjoy a Mexican meal. I feel like I'm in heaven every time I go. In addition, the restaurant has a nice laid-back ambiance and all the staff are super friendly.
