Contribuiți la feedbackBest medronho (wild berries liquor). Amazing environment and great quality of staff and food. Strongly recommend
It was recommended to us and it always seems busy so we tried it! Lively atmosphere and very friendly staff but the food, although I admit very cheap, was awful, even the chips were inedible! The service was chaotic, waited a long time for everything and my plate arrived 20 minutes after the rest of my table! The place was packed and we got lots of apologies from the lovely waitress through! We’ll go back but just for drinks!
Just a few minutes by car from the centre of Loulé this is one of the best places we’ve found for fresh fish traditionally cooked over charcoal. Informal and a bit scruffy from the outside but don’t let that put you off, well worth a visit and gets very popular lunchtimes so maybe worth popping by the day before to reserve a table if you want to sit outside as there are only 5 tables! Try the montanheira salad (tomato, onion, green pepper and a pinch of herbs) with a dorada and chips will set you back €10! And the house wine is great value at under €10 a litre, it might be €5 but we had a few and I can’t remember!
We stopped here for coffee and stayed for lunch, it was excellent, probably the best lunchtime meal we have eaten here in the Algarve. I had lamb chops cooked on the barbecue, my portion was 6 chops, with frites, salad, dessert and wine. 2 of our party had squid and one spare ribs. Everything was absolutely delicious. Including coffee the bill was 43 Euros for 4 people.
Comida hiper excelente, ambiente típico e familiar. Simpatia desde os empregados até aos donos de uma excelência que já não existe em lado nenhum. Melhores grelhados do mundo. Recomendo
