Delightful, and Delicious. I called in my order and it was ready when I got there, and still hot. They are never disappointing and always quick! The staff is VERY rude and unprofessional. One employee treated me with the upmost disrespect and wouldn’t give me a refund or my food, only because I had a ride waiting on me and couldn’t wait 1hr for her to take a break and fix my food. Escalated the issue to the GM and he PRETENDED to fix the issue, told me he would reimburse me by sending coupons. Sent coupons to someone else who called about MY issue, but never did anything to fix it for me, being that I’m the one whose money was taken. Went into the restaurant to ask about the coupons and he was very disrespectful, even after I stood there and spent my money with them AFTER what happened to me. I will never spend my money here again, thanks to the attitude that I received from every single one of their staff, and I am a very respectful person who does nothing but smile and be polite.
