Panera Bread

Good food and the service is always good but would not recommend this Panera location to get work done, the WiFi is extremely slow and every time I’ve come here I’ve had to use my hotspot.

Forgot the chips(2) with my order. Service asleep at the wheel!

They were out of the bread to make a grilled cheese but didn't tell us about it until the other two meals were ready to go. My son had to wait on a sandwich while we had our meal on the table.

The gift cards we got as a bonus require you to walk in the store and order instead of quick pick up or delivery. This is a Bait and switch Panera. Then we walk in order and THEY GET OUR ORDER WRONG. We ordered Chicken Noodle SOUP not Broccoli SOUP!!!! SO GET THIS...GIFT CARDS ARE NOT A GIFT and ordering in has GREAT ERROR instead of the rapid pick up we always use. NEVER GONNA USE THIS PANERA AGAIN!!! Even gave the check out dude 7 dollars too. What a joke.

For our Christmas Eve party, My wife ordered 3 loaves of bread and 2 souffles on Tuesday for Sunday pick up at 10:30. They only had one cheese soufflé left which wasn’t what I ordered.(See order below)The manager apologized and refunded her money for the one soufflé and made her a little ham and cheeses sandwich. When she got home and checked the order the ciabatta bread is cut in strips like long croutons!She said to me “How am I supposed to use this for sandwiches?!.” She couldn’t take it back because they are out of bread at 10:30 in the morning.We have over 30 guests tonight and no sandwich bread.?Frustration!
