California Pizza Kitchen At Oxmoor

To put it straight, this restaurant never recovered from the Covid downgrade. The food is fine, but the service and management are terrible. The hosts act like it's a tremendous inconvenience for customers to show up. The wait staff is uninterested. And the restaurant is struggling to handle 20% of the patrons it ought to be able to handle. Go elsewhere until the management here decides to step up, because this is embarrassing.

This is the only California Pizza Kitchen I have personally been able to go to. Hence, I am not able to compare it to other locations. They do have a big enough menu to find something you'd like. I have found 2 or 3 items that I personally like and would find myself wanting to go for.

Thai Chicken salad was fantastic! Kid got a pizza to go w any entree purchase for 8 bucks! Can't beat that!

It is a really nice restaurant that entails a nice atmosphere and setting. It is always very busy with patrons visiting the Mall. However I do see some people and large parties that when they leave, they don't always properly tip the waiters/waitress'es.
