Always a good day when I stop by. I have stopped many times and don't think I have ever had an issue. At 1 point I had some coupons my wife gave me for another location and they honored them for me. I didn't even realize they were for another location only. Great staff, great food.

Ordered (2) Reuben sandwiches thru the app at Valley Station. I have to call these sandwiches professionally done. Opened them up they were perfect. Everything was stacked and organized. There was no sauce dripping out of the sandwiche there wasn't even any sauce on the wrapper. Best sandwiche I've had from there.

There is a manager in here everytime I come in and he is so rude.

I want reg fries, not curly. Fries were most hard scrap pieces. Not even full order paid for. Didn't offer senior discount discount on small drink. I forgot to ask for it. They usually do better at this location.

My shake was not a shake. It was half empty, not mixed, and tiny. It was a pup cup, not a shake. The service was extremely slow. The staff was extremely unprofessional, except for one woman. That woman was in uniform, nice, and professional.
