Wendy's - Louisville

This Wendy's location did not meet my expectations. The host, Jessica, was not friendly and seemed preoccupied with her phone. Our order took over 20 minutes to be served, only to find that the food was not up to par - the chicken was overcooked and the biscuits were hard. I don't mind waiting for good food, but to wait and receive an unsatisfactory meal is not acceptable. I do not plan on returning to this location and would advise others to skip breakfast here. McDonald's across the street provides better service and is more likely to accommodate any errors in your order.

Skip this Wendy's; definitely not a friendly nor clean facility. One of the employees just grunted when I thanked him. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The cashier was not functioning properly, and the staff stared at me for about 5 minutes before allowing me to place my order. The food did not meet the usual standard I expect from Wendy's at other locations. The credit card terminal was also malfunctioning, leaving me unsure if I had been charged or how many times until I checked my statement. Service was for dining in.

Discovered an actual cockroach in my incorrect order, then the disrespectful manager attempted to spit in my face and expressed no concern. This Wendy's location should be closed down, and that manager should return to being without a job.
