Tumbleweed Tex Mex Grill - Louisville

I wasn't able to try the food because no one greeted us when we arrived. We waited for 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging us before deciding to leave for another restaurant.

It seemed like the restaurant was understaffed, but the waitress was friendly and provided decent service.

The staff seemed overwhelmed as they were short-handed. They made an effort to keep up with the demands, but it was clear that they were struggling. You could sense the stress among the workers.

The service was horrible. Took forever to get our food also seen ants all over the tables.

For starters- the bar area was FILTHY. Dishes everywhere, no bartender working behind the bar AT ALL. Put in an order of guacamole to go and for $10 I have to make my own guacamole? This makes NO SENSE. It wasn't that busy and seemed like it took forever just for someone just to come out of the back and place a to go order. They REALLY need to get it together in this location. Safe to say I will never go back again.
