TGI FRIDAYS - Louisville (Downtown)

Do not book on open table, Fridays do not honor the reservation!

For these TGI Fridays do not make reservations on opentable. we have made reservations and made the situation in the cold only to go to say that they do not book online! a complete gloom. we wanted to say this was waiting for two hours.

Do not make a reservation with this app. these TGIF’s does not use open table at this place.

Had a reservation and had to wait for a table. they were even busy, they had only a dozen tables, which were never cleaned with coarse eating on them. the only time we saw our waitress was when we ordered and when we got the ****. we didn't even get our best until we had our lunch 10min. really a disappointing meal. will not be back soon

My dinner was good. The waiter was helpful an nice. Wait time for food was excellent. I loved the reservation option no waiting and it was pretty busy
