Qdoba Mexican Eats - Louisville

Good service. Staff worked fast. There were a lot of people, but not a long wait in line.

First time eating at QDOBA. Quick late evening stop as we arrived in Louisville. Friendly staff. Food was just okay. Very similar to Chipotle as far as ordering. Dining room area was clean but had to ask for napkins because they were empty. Cookie was very good.

On went to this location on 4/30/2023. I waited in line like everyone else. There was only 1 person fixing food and she kept yelling to the back that she needed certain meats. When I got to mine and advised I wanted brown rice with beef, both types of beans and she placed it to the side.she scraped the bottom of the container for the beef. It looked like mush. There wasn't much and they didn't bring out more. The guy beside her that was doing the sides added everything else and seemed lost. When I got home to eat my dinner I was very disappointed. The meat had no flavor, nor did the beans or rice. The only thing that had flavor was the guacamole and the mango salsa. This is the only one I go to. I moved 5 miles away from the area and wanted to go to this one because the food was always up to par even if it isn't the closest one to where I live now. Going to have to rethink my restaurant.

This place is always out of something and you don't find out until after you wait over 20 mins in line. You've gotta ask for extra meat if you want a decent portion size. It's obvious the people working here hate their job almost as much as I hate coming here! This is Definitely my last time...this place sucks!

I honestly don't see any benefit in using the order-ahead service. I waited 20 minutes for pickup, but when I arrived, I ended up waiting another 20 minutes. To make matters worse, when I went in to request a refund, I waited an additional 10 minutes, and my food was still not ready! Meanwhile, two people who came in after me were checking out with their food. I never received my order, and I think this reflects a larger issue at the corporate level. It’s clear that the staff needs better training on handling mobile orders. This was the most disorganized restaurant experience I've ever had.
