The shaved ice is good, but the extras are quite overpriced. You end up spending over $10.50 just for an ice with two small toppings.

Enjoyable shaved ice. Good service from friendly young women. The single flavor is my favorite. Great on a hot day. Great for the family. Will miss them over the winter.

The quality of your product is outstanding, but I have serious concerns about how you operate this business. It's quite ironic that you send marketing emails on days when you’re actually closed. Furthermore, I’m not exaggerating when I say it feels like a crime against humanity that you are closed on the hottest day of the year (August 22, 2023).

I love the punch buggy! Getting a shave ice from here is always a fun summer treat! The flavors are good and the variety of toppings is even better! I always get a snow cap which might sound weird but is so yummy!I look forward to summer when they open up and am bummed when they close for winter.
