Pho Ba Luu - Louisville

The staff were excellent, the food was so good, we had the chef herself serve it and help us. The food was filling and delicious, and staff were helpful and accommodating with my wife's allergies. All food preparation is in plain site, so you know it's well prepared. Highly recommend!!!

Nearly every dish is available in vegan. Taste is good portionsize aswell and pricing is reasonable.

We're Pho-lovers, so we ordered two Beef Pho. The broth had a somewhat deeper and richer taste. It was a good experience. The interior was clean and beautiful. Because the location is close to downtown, I think there is not enough parking. But not a big deal. Just a block on foot.

Delicious bowl of the pho that is quickly brought out! they take their time with the broth as they should and have a great part that has already waited for command. nothing like a mouthful noodle that is savoury in this delicious Pho bread. tastes like it should and all the right flavors. sprouts, basilikum, jalepenio. has not got to try some of the other menu items due to some covid supply chain problems sadly. will be back!

Delicious! I had the chicken jack and my wife had the chicken pho. They were both delicious! We also had the pig spring rolls. very fresh and delicious. The small amount of mint in the role was refreshing and added a beautiful taste. The Vietnamese coffee is also wonderful!
