Panera Bread - Louisville

I ordered the teriyaki chicken and broccoli dish, but unfortunately, it wasn't presented as it appeared on the menu. While all the main ingredients were present, the dish looked disheveled and unappetizing. I had also ordered a lock, and although the app notified me that my order was ready after waiting about 10 minutes, I still had to ask for it. I'm not too upset, as this seems to be a common issue these days. However, meals should be served looking as appealing as they do on the menu!

I'm a big fan of Panera and enjoy a variety of items from their menu, including soups, salads, sandwiches, pizzas, desserts, and breakfast options. Usually, I place my order ahead of time and either pick it up or go through the drive-thru. However, I've been frustrated with this location because they consistently forget something from my order. For instance, when I order a bagel and cream cheese, they always forget the cream cheese. Similarly, when I order a sandwich with chips, the chips are often missing as well. I’m not exaggerating when I say they have left something out of my order every single time I've visited this location, which has been numerous over the past week. Despite this, I still go to this Panera because it’s the closest to me, and the food is always fresh when I get it, even if something is missing. My only advice is to double-check your bag before leaving the parking lot, especially if you ordered ahead or used the drive-thru.

I had a disappointing experience during my visit. My order was misplaced twice, and the spinach in my salad was wilted and had an unappealing creamy texture. It was far from enjoyable, and when I asked the kitchen staff to fix my unsatisfactory salad, they had a bit of an attitude. I usually love Panera, but I will not be coming back to this location again.

This is not my neighbour, but I managed to meet this situation a few times ago. every time the escaping area was clean (with updated design) and eating the image is perfect.
