Panchitos Ice Cream - Louisville

What can I say? Can't go wrong with Tacos. Especially tacos from Panchito. Their tacos are hugely full of taste. I ordered 5 but I wished 3. In any case, the Birja Taco would recommend, absolutely delicious. Guacamole and homemade chips are to live. Her agua de orchata is also a must to try to drink. Would Panchito definitely recommend to all those who long authentic Mexican street food.

Panchitos is my family's favorite tacco place in the area. We visited several times and the food is compatible with every visit. I love that this is not a national chain, and not just another taco spot where everything tastes the same. The workers are always very polite and helpful (and patient with me! lol). The taco meat is always tasteful, served in a double corn tortilla, with onions, cilantro, lime wedges and red and green salsas. I recommend the Carnitas and Asada. The salsa verde is phenomenal, so bright and full of taste. They have a wide selection of desserts, including homemade ice cream, strawberries with cream (TRY IT: fresas con crema), churro sundaes, mangonadas and shakes. This is not only a must, but will probably also become a cornerstone in your household.

Went here to satisfy a Taco desire on a Taco Tuesday! It was really packed and small and the orders took some time to prepare, but the staff informed us about when we ordered. Your huevos con chorizo Breakfast Platter had much more chorizo than egg. Their tacos were good overall, next time I would definitely buy some acidic cream to go with it. I ordered the Carnitas, Asada and Pollentaco. The asada taco was my favorite! My husband also ordered the churros and ice cream for dessert, which looked good and I'm sure I also tasted good.

This is by far the best tasting street taco place in the area. They actually season their meats and do not only on their sauces to give their food taste. They also have a large dessert selection and several delicious homemade ice cream flavors.
