Misawa Sushi - Louisville

Got the Shashimi and Nigiri combo with a spicy tuna roll. Was very good! Wait time was super short and my waiter was very nice.Food: 5/5

For my partner's birthday, we decided to try here. What a hidden gem! I am so glad we found this place. While there is no open hibachi, it actually lends to the quiet and very relaxing atmosphere this place provides. The staff was wonderful. Our server, Kris, was so friendly and was one of the best servers I have ever had. When we mentioned my partner's birthday, we did not expect anything special or to be treated any other way but just like normal customers. Holy cow, was I wrong! They played music, and brought out a delicious tempura cheesecake! We were so overwhelmed with joy! Not only was the food amazing, the service was wonderful, and we left with full bellies and smiles. Thank you Kris and the staff of Misawa for making this day wonderful! Can't wait to have dinner again there!
