Mcalister's Deli - Louisville

DO NOT GO HERE!! We ordered our food at 7:14 to go. Me and my GF, sat and waited till 7:52 till I spoke up and asked where our food was. Turns out it was in the takeout part of the restaurant.. our receipt time is when they finished making the sandwich which is at 7:26 as shown. So our food sat for 30 MINUTES.. and another thing is that my gf asked for a ham and cheese melt. HAM AND CHEESE ONLY! So after we waited 50 minutes for our food and got home, turns out they got the order wrong as well.. as shown below is everything my gf had to pick off her sandwich, which was a the mayo and mustard and the tomato. The whole staff needs better and proper training. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS LOCATION!!

Love this restaurant! Manager and staff very nice . But ate the chef salad and not sure what was wrong but my husband and I both after leaving had to hurry home to the bathroom. If ya know what I mean. Maybe need the wash preservatives off the lettuce before serving. But we will be back, just not order the salad.

Such variety of sandwiches that are all delicious. This location is very new and looks amazing inside. There is also a decent selection of salads and a few different spuds to get. Get the Choose Two, you pick two menu items. The menu item you choose are half portioned, so you end up with 2 half portions. LOVE MCALLISTER'S, it is my go to lunch

Very clean, great quality food. I'm glad their moving nicer restaurants into our area. Thanks to Chic-Fil-A and McAllister's, these two chains both set great examples of clean professional quality.

McAlister's Deli has a very large menu from sandwiches, soup, salads, potatoes and more. I ordered a BLT Sandwich, Cream Of Broccoli Soup and a Sweet Tea today for lunch. Everything was Delicious!! I am a Tea Lover and McAlister's Tea is just like if I made it at home. We ate inside today, and when you order they give you a number. When your food is prepared they bring it to your table, and when you finish your meal they clean up your table for you. The only draw back for me is I can not afford to eat here very often, because my meal alone was $17 dollars and some change! It could have been a little cheaper if I had ordered a half of sandwich instead of a whole one. Everything was hot and delicious. If you have not tried McAlister's Deli I definitely recommend it.
