Louie's Hot Chicken and BBQ is absolutely fantastic! I appreciate how they package everything separately to prevent the flavors from mixing. The bread was wiped clean before being packed. The sauces came in lidded containers, which was great. Everything was incredibly flavorful and delicious! I highly recommend this place, and I will definitely be returning.

I've been to this restaurant twice now. During my first visit, I ordered the hot chicken, which turned out to be spicier than I anticipated, and I thought I might not return. However, I decided to give it another chance yesterday. This time, I went for some wings, a side of sauce, and a small corn on the cob. I have to say that their wings are among the best I've ever had—smoked and absolutely delicious! I wasn't sure what to expect with the corn, but they seem to deep fry it, and it was very tasty. I'll definitely be coming back in the future to try the pulled pork and grab more of those wings. They are a bit on the pricey side, but in my opinion, they're worth it.

Perfect shop with absolutely fantastic flavors. Had the hot chicken with fries and Mac with cheese. Loved it. Will be returning every trip through Louisville.

The hot chicken sandwich was huge, and it tasted great! Very friendly. Cost about $9 for just the sandwich. Pretty good deal.

I ordered the full chicken, spicy, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. When you're in Kentucky, famous for its fried chicken, you naturally expect something exceptional.
