Little Caesars Pizza - Louisville

Hot-N-Ready? Not at this point! I've been here several times, but there? ALWAYS wait at least 5 to 15 minutes because they never have pizza ready. Of course, this is from the owner who is too cheap to have actually made pizza already.

The employee that took my order was great. However there was another younger heavy set female employee that I over heard telling the cashier that if anyone asked for their change back to give it to them in rolls of pennies. Another employee said since we have so many rolls My recommendation would be to include the excess penny rolls in the nightly drop and not give them back as change.

Always so packed and people so rude and they park in front of the door like they are so privileged. The workers are always nice but rushed at their job and there is a bit of a long wait especially on the weekends now

I ordered 26 dollars worth of food for dinner. A hour later I go to the tracking link on their website and it says my order was canceled. I call the store multiple times and nobody answers. So I drive to the store and the young girl at the register got an attitude because I asked for the manager. She huffs off complaining to him and some guy named Trent comes up and says I can?t talk to her that way. When all I did was ask for a manager lol. So I told him I would get a refund but I was going to his boss to do it. So I didn?t have to keep dealing with him or the young girl that is still trying to talk over me. As I?m walking out he is yelling. I AM THE BOSS. over and over. So I will not be giving this place any more business unless they make management changes. So I still have to wait to talk to corporate to get my refund for the order that was never made or delivered.

Very unorganized and un professional. When I first order my pizza and I only ordered 1 pepperoni pizza I was told a 10 min wait so I sat there and sat there and then they give this lady that walked in after me her food which she ordered more than me and didn't even check on me and had stuck pizzas in the thing that keeps them hot and said nothing to me.
