Jimmy John's - Louisville

Both sandwiches were served opened and not cut as I had requested. One sandwich was wrapped in four pieces of sandwich paper, while the other was wrapped in just one. I'm sure Jimmy and John would be disappointed. This situation occurred right after the order was placed.

The bathroom was clean, but there weren't enough places to hang handbags, and the faucet emitted a piercing squeal when turned on. The other staff members, not involved in sandwich-making, were friendly and seemed nice. Overall, though, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. This was the worst $12 I've ever spent on lunch.

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. The staff member who made the sandwiches seemed to really dislike his job, and when I expressed my concerns, he made a remark suggesting that I didn’t have to come in at all. That attitude really put me off, and I can confidently say we won't be returning.

Waited an hour for this 24$ sandwich extra bacon extra turkey lmfao never again. 3 pieces of turkey and 2 pieces of bacon for 24$ insane. No drink no chips. Straight robbed me someone’s getting a bonus.

Our ride was several hours late to pick us up. The friendly JJ employees saved my day by allowing us to refrigerate our 30pc party box while we waited. Cheers!
