Domino's Pizza - Louisville

I placed an order just before closing because I didn't check the time before using the app. Thankfully, my food arrived right on time and was absolutely delicious! A big thank you to the amazing staff member who was able to assist me!

The delivery was prompt, and the pizza was hot! It puts the last pizza delivery from another company to shame.

I ordered from here and watched the tracker. the driver was obviously lost, so I called the load and they sent it back. she saw the tracker again and everything she did was turn a second, then turn right back and go to the load. I called the load and spoke to her, and she gave the apology that she came from our city and her gps led her to a field. I saw the tracker all the time and she was never even close to a field, only residential area. I asked if she could bring our order and said they had ordered too many to go back with the food I paid for and they will just give me my money back. well, never order from here again and be careful if they ever order from here.

I ordered a pizza and some cheesy stuffed bread then waited on the curb in front of work. I checked the tracker a few times. The time got down to about 4 minutes then went back up to 9min. Then went to complete. I call the store and tell the first guy what happened and he just clicks hold without saying anything. Then someone else answers and I explain everything to them. I been out here the whole time waiting mind you. He tells me that I wasn't there and his driver called me like nine times. We go back and forth for about 30 seconds so I got mad and told him where he could put that pizza

I’ve been ordering from this store for many years and the people here have always been kind, professional, and reliable. In the rare occasions where something goes wrong with my order, I can always count on these workers to make things right. Thanks for all you do!
