That was our first time. the appetizer we had was excellent if something expensive, four pieces for $10 of small filled mushrooms. the male server was completely inappropriate, inexperienced, and did not even seem to fill the water glasses until the review he had in his hand. I won't mention his name, but this guy's gone. I was looking for him in the kitchen he didn't see anywhere. I guess he was on the phone somewhere. the escaped were what we would call in the average or under the average, both in a pseudo Italian construction and in small portions. we went to carrabba because someone told us they never had a bad court. when we looked at the menu, we knew we were not in a first class restaurant and we did not expect the highest quality. but we expected it to be good and tasty. if we get a bill that approaches $60, we expect at least very satisfied with small portions, and are thoroughly disappointed if both the end product is only average or less, and that serve looks like something golden corral. we will not complain to spend near $100 when the meal is excellent and the service also. we like the facility of the restaurant, and the atmosphere was moderately calm. do not expect much at this place unless they feel like their money for just enough eating away, a kind of Italian mcdonald’s. It wasn't full, our waiter lenny was good. the food was enough. I have kalbsal about 4 ounces total and cheap ole favorites broccoli. like all restaurants today are expensive and nothing really great, but also not terrible.

Service was good. the oil seasoning that come with the broth basket was much too salty. the waiter said that the seasoned are from a bevelled salt, a garlic salt, salt and a pepper. Now you know. lasagna was "good! "salmon caparo was excellent. grilled spatula was tender and a bit oversalted for my taste. total, they were decent.

Second time I 'm here for dinner, sat at the bar. Pretty empty, however the bartender was super inattentive. I had to ask for the menu and bread, after sitting there for a while. After asking , she served other drinks and then after a while tended to me. I ordered the appetizer meatballs very tasty. Commented to the bartender that they were awesome, she just nodded, nothing more. Ate my appetizer, and just waited there for the dirty plates to be picked up, the bartender just tended to other clients coming in and did not bother to pick up the plates or ask if I wanted to order anything else. She continued to prepare other drinks, greeted other customers with total disregard of clearing my plates. Never bothered to ask if I wanted water. I finally asked for water and ordered, this is like 15 minutes later. I received my salad, dirty plates still not picked up. Then the entree came, the server handed it to me over my empty dirty salad plate and all the remaining dirty plates. I had to push my dirty plate to the side. She did not bother to clear them out before handing me my plate. Then she realized she should pick up the dirty dishes. I ordered pasta and was not asked if I wanted grated Parmesan or anything else. I finally had to ask for the Parmesan. I had finished my drink quite some time and the bartender did not ask if I wanted another drink. I Had to ask for another After I finished my meal, waited there for some time while the bartender/server prepared the fixings for the bar. Never came by to check on me, had to ask for a small box to take home left overs. She dropped the box off and went on her way. Never asked is there anything else you would like, was everything ok..., she never asked if I wanted desert or anything else. I finally asked for the check, once I finished my drink. Again, didn 't even bother to ask if I wanted desert. Sadly, the food was great but the service here was terrible. I will recommend and stick to local establishments that are more personable and offer an excellent customer experience, unlike this one.
