Bucks Restaurant And Bar - Louisville

Love Bucks!!!! We always go for special occasions. My favorite item on their menu is the crispy fish! Omg, sooo good. The ambiance is fantastic, the bar is gorgeous, all the white flowers. So pretty. The drinks are awesome and the service is always spot on. Will go back soon I hope!!! One of my all time favorite restaurants anywhere! If you get a chance, go!!!!

We visited Louisville for the first time, coming from our home state of California. Our ride share driver recommended Bucks. The service was great. The steaks were delicious. The cream brule dessert was sadly overcooked. From a decor/ambiance standpoint, all the flowers lined up along the bar area gave it a cluttered feel. We had hoped to sit at the bar to enjoy a pre-dinner drink....but with all the flowers and clutter, sitting at the bar was not an option for anyone. Apparently, no longer used? We were hoping to get a photo outside in the front of the restaurant by the horse statue. However, someone's garbage, clothing, and shoes were scattered about all around the area, so we decided against it. All in all, we did enjoy the hospitality, service, and food. The other issues could easily be improved upon making the experience a 4 or 5 star!

Celebrating a friend's special birthday at this fine establishment. Love this space and place. Just beautiful with old school service and style. Heck my flower stem is still blooming and it's been 2 weeks. Food was delicious, quantities were generous and the service was amazing. We will definitely return!

My son suggested this place as a surprise for my birthday dinner. The food was excellent. Great ambience with a piano player on a Thursday night. Service was lackluster, they had customers but the place was not full. We had to asked for refill on our waters, menu was left on the table, and our server kept reaching over. This kind of service is more for places like a mediocre chain restaurant not fine dining. I guess she also didn't get the memo to give the ladies a flower as a parting gift. The restaurant does have their own parking.

Excellent food, outstanding service, and wonderful ambiance. Love to come here for the white flowers, outstanding menu, etc.
