Bob's Diner - Louisville

I can't express enough how fantastic B.O.B.S. Diner is! It's truly my favorite spot for breakfast. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! The food is always fresh, served quickly, and reasonably priced. The biscuits and gravy, along with their breakfast sandwich, are two of the best dishes on the menu! The biscuits are consistently fresh and delicious! Every time I bring someone here, they always want to return for more biscuits and gravy before they leave. Just two months ago, my brother visited and dreamt about them, so he made a point to come all the way back from Aspen just to enjoy them again before heading home. If you're in the downtown Louisville area, you definitely need to stop by and see what you've been missing!

This is my favorite simple diner from here to Westminster. It's always our go-to spot on weekends. The food is consistently served hot and quickly, and the service is excellent; you can really sense that everyone enjoys their job. With so many regular customers, it has the charm of a local diner! My personal favorite is the Chorizo Biscuits and Gravy, but you can't go wrong with anything on the menu.

This is one of the best breakfasts I've ever had, anywhere! Trevor is fantastic! I highly recommend it!

Cute lil dinner with great customer service and DELICIOUS food. It's hard to find good, genuine green chili and they definitely have a great recipe if you've got a hankering for Colorado chili. My roommate got the Philly with chili, I got the breakfast burger. Both were very satisfying and would get again. We also got the breakfast shot and that changed my outlook on how breakfast should start lol all around very good. We will be going again soon.
