Aji Sushi And Asian Cuisine

Don't be fooled by the unassuming exterior and interior; you will have a 5-star dining experience here. The sushi was fresh and delicious, and the basil stir-fry was full of flavor. The pad thai was a bit too sweet for my taste, but still tasty. They offer spice levels from 1-3, with Level 1 being mild and Level 2 having a bit of a kick. Our server was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. We will definitely be returning if we come back to Louisville.

My friend and I have dined at Aji twice and both times were delicious. So far, we have tried the Japanese curry, low-vibration, full-boiled hand-rolled, garnelenbombe, Mongolian bark, and yaki soba (as seen in the pictures). Everything we have tried has been really good, but we especially enjoyed the Japanese curry, Mongolian bark, and garnel bomb. The portions of the Japanese curry and rams seem to be larger than the others, which was a nice surprise. The virgin piña colada and boba tea were also really tasty and affordable. Overall, I highly recommend Aji. The food is delicious and reasonably priced, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is cool and relaxed.

Absolutely delicious! wonderful lowkey little spot. Truly the best sushi in town. The crab Rangoon rolls and crunchy munchy rolls that even those in my party who don’t generally like sushi were devouring it! Hibachi food is also great

Sushi my son got was excellent. The pineapple/beef rice I got was terrible. Probably the worst rice I have ever had. It had no flavor, and dry; like it had been left over for days. Would go again, but would not ever get rice from here again.

EXTREMELY TASTY!! Our delivery guy Carlos was super nice, and the food was amazing! Large portion sizes for cheap prices! I was FLABBERGASTED. This is a serious review.
